Summer programs are held in person, at the TCMedia facilities. Registration is through Olympia Parks, Arts & Recreation & Lacey Parks & Recreation Department, and Tumwater Parks and Recreation. You do not have to be a resident of either city to register.

Animation Crash Course

Fee: $79

January 2 & 3, 2025 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

This two-day crash course is designed to introduce students to the exciting world of animation and provides them with the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to create their own animated projects. Students will learn stop motion and 2D hand drawn animation techniques, explore animation software and tools, and gain a deeper understanding of storytelling. Start the new year with a new hobby and discover the limitless possibilities of animation!
